How to increase sells?

I am mayank  from India

Many believes that business is only  about selling products which they buy from whole sellers in large quantity.

But,it’s our misconception. In real, business is more from that.

In todays world we hear about lots of startup like zomato ,ola,oyo rooms, paytm are  all business but what they are doing ?

All these businesses are helping people in some way if we talk about “paytm” you all know that because of it we can easily transfer money digitally.

Today I am not going to discuss about their business but our main concern is about

how to increase our sellings ?

we know that consumer is someone who wants certain services or products and a business man is someone who sells services or products but a consumer never wants to buy something they only wants to take help and they are always ready to pay for help.

Many times it happens that you had showed many products to customer but the customer denied to buy any of it.

Why?

Its because you had not showed any products which fulfills customer  requirements,wants,choices . for that you have to be a mind reader . I am not joking customers are not of same type ,some knows what to buy,some are confused,some knows what to buy but they don’t know how to explain it.

So , who is a good seller?

Someone who understands their customer we can compare it with reasoning questions customer gives some clues and we have to find actual product.

Every customer is different so you have to treat different customers differently.

Don’t say “buy this” always says about product how the product helps them in their lifestyle.

Behavior :- some time it happens that you have to deal with a customer who talks rudely but you have to be calm it is toughest task you have to do.

You all know that every skill is learned with practice business is also a skill and you can learn it easily

After some times u are going to notice that you are moulding customer choices or increasing their list of products which customer wants to buy. But this skill is going to develop by self.

Summary:

·         Know about your customer : what they want to buy and how u can help them by providing them a product which they like
